Sometimes, she thinks of that family member who left her, that coworker who undermined her, that person who lied to her, that friend who walked away from her. And tears sting her eyes.

Then she remembers…

Jesus will never leave or forsake her, He is working all things for her good, His word is the undeniable truth, and He never walks away. So, she wipes her tears and moves on.

My sweet friend, it is inevitable—someone in your lifetime will let you down.

But it won’t be Jesus.

He is your Rock—your strength, your provision, your support, your defender, your friend.

Without fail, He is faithful.

Now wipe those tears, smile, and remember who you are. Because you know who He is.
